My assignment depicts the gender inequality in the field of ICT. The seesaw symbolises the inequality between the woman in the left side who has the same skills with the man in the right side. Although the director, who stand beside the woman, decides to recognize only the work of the man and underestimate the work of the woman. I cooperated with Vasilis Agas and Victor Karachristianidis.

I find this idea exceptionally clever and original! I like your depiction of gender inequality in the workplace. We can see that, despite the woman and the man sitting on the seesaw, they are still not treated the same; the woman is “placed” lower than her counterpart! Yet, you remind us that this problem can change, if all of us work towards fighting gender inequality!
