Although we’ve come a long way throughout history by gaining the right to work and vote, there is still an obvious gender bias that lingers within the workplace. A modern-day woman struggles to strike a balance between working and family life, often sacrificing the latter to succeed and gain status within a company and society. They are not only faced with these problems but also get paid significantly less than their male co-workers, too. The most common problems for women still lurking in today’s workplace are Pregnancy Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, Gender Pay Gap, Race, and Ethnicity, Climbing the Career Ladder, Appearance, Fear and etc. For women’s problems in the workplace, we implemented a web-based stories game in which HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap were used to implement it. We used animaker.com and renderforest.com to create their animated characters. We presented three short stories that told the problems of women in the workplace and we asked players to put themselves in the place of the character of the story and at the end of the story to say which option they intend to choose.
