One of the core problems with the STEM field is that it has few women to begin with. This issue results in numerous other sub-problems, among which are:
1) Difficulty for women to find role models and examples of female success
2) Difficulty for the men in the field to find examples of female excellence in the workplace
To help with the above two problems, it could be useful to increase visibility of female success in the STEM fields, using creative web-based methods. It was therefore decided to create a website that would be targeted towards men in STEM fields and be based on their interests at first glance, but ultimately have a main benefit to both genders.
AndrEngine is a search engine enhancer for such professionals. Installed on computers in STEM workplaces, it helps conduct quality research and enrich their knowledge base more efficiently by providing relevant, high quality, reliable information from trusted sources all over the world.
